In this photo Bath Refinishing Solutions refinished the ceramic tile throughout this bathroom. The customer chose to have us refinish the ceramic floor tile in a marble look with a heavy vein. For the record we can do a light, medium, or heavy vein and you can customize the color of the base coat and veining as well. So if you wanted an ivory base coat, and a brown vein we could do that. This customer chose bright white for their bathtub refinish and dark grey for the ceramic bathroom wall tile we refinished. Again all of these things can be customized to your liking.

Our Ceramic Tile Refinishing Process
First, we mask off the work area thoroughly and mask off any hardware.
Then, we set up the fume exhauster to control dust and odor.
Next, we remove all silicone and caulk from the tile surface.
After that we will aggressively clean the entire tile surface.
Then we will make any repairs needed to the tile surface.
We then will sand the entire tile surface as needed.
Then, we use a chemical to promote adhesion.
Lastly we will spray our proprietary coatings on your tile in the color you select.
Our coating is resistant to, chemicals, water, heat, scratches, etc.
Once dry we remove all masking & haul away trash

Can you change the color of ceramic tile?
Yes we can change the color of your ceramic tile to any of the five thousand colors in a Sherwin Williams deck. While we don’t use Sherwin Williams products we can match their color numbering system. On top of that we have a variety of colors that simulate the look of granite and marble. You are only limited by your imagination.
Do you replace missing or broken ceramic tiles?
Yes we can replace missing ceramic tiles and ceramic tiles that are damaged beyond repair prior to refinishing your ceramic tile. That being said many ceramic tiles can be reinstalled or repaired without the need for replacement. We’re very good at making and concealing repairs to your ceramic tile. Once the ceramic tile is refinished it will look like new again.
Will you remove toothbrush holders, soap dishes, and toilet paper holders from my ceramic tile?
Yes we can remove unwanted items like built in toothbrush holders, soap dishes, toilet paper holders, towel bars, etc. When we do this we will remove those items, replace them with new ceramic tiles, then refinish all of the tile in the same color. Which is why your tile will not look like some of it was replaced and some of it wasn’t. Because we refinish all of the tile both old and new in the color you select.
What happens to the grout when you refinish ceramic tile?
Both the grout and the tile are refinished. Which means the grout will look like new and be easier to clean. We always fill all of the grout lines with new grout prior to refinishing. That being said if your grout is in poor condition and loose or falling out. It probably need to be totally removed and totally regrouted before it’s refinished. Which we can do that for you, but that adds to the cost so please be sure to let us know that when requesting an estimate that the grout is in poor condition.
