Our Tile Refinishing Process
First, we mask off the work area thoroughly and mask off any hardware.
Then, we set up the fume exhauster to control dust and odor.
Next, we remove all silicone and caulk from the tile surface.
After that we will aggressively clean the entire tile surface.
Then we will make any repairs needed to the tile surface.
We then will sand the entire tile surface as needed.
Then, we use a chemical to promote adhesion.
Lastly we will spray our proprietary coatings on your tile in the color you select.

What happens to the grout with tile refinishing?
Once we are done you will still have grout lines after your tile is refinished. Obviously the grout and the tile will both be covered in our coating. The coating we use is water, heat, chemical, and scratch resistant so there won’t be anymore mold or mildew build up on the grout lines. If there is any loose or missing grout we will repair that before refinishing the tile.

Yes we can remove these items, replace them with new tiles, and then refinish all of the tile in whatever color you select. Once we are done you will never know we replaced a tile or that some tile is new and some time is old. Because the refinishing in whatever color you select will conceal all of that.
